What is the level of digestibility of the various foods in the mastery Pro range ?
All the foods in the mastery PRO range are SUPER PREMIUM. A food is considered to be genuinely super premium if total digestibility is higher than 85 % (i.e. less than 15% of the nutrients ingested are found in the stools and urine). Not all nutrients have the same digestibility. Generally, because mastery uses a unique “cold mix” manufacturing process (14°C), fragile raw ingredients do not suffer during the high-temperature extrusion process (150 to 180°C). This is why vitamins, trace elements and fats in particular have especially high digestibility levels :

Evidence of this high digestibility is seen :
- in firm stools rating as number 2 to 2.75 on a scale of 1 to 5 :
- in small stools. It is considered that a super premium food should create stools of less than 25 g weight for every 100 g of dry food ingested.
